How do I back up my data?

Settings → Back up. Every record is written to a single JSON file and handed to the share sheet — Files, iCloud Drive, email, wherever you like. Because the data lives only on your phone, that file is your only second copy; take one regularly.

I got a new phone. How do I move my records?

Back up on the old phone, then Settings → Restore on the new one. Restoring replaces what is there; it does not merge.

Reminders are not arriving.

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Keeper. Permission is requested the first time you set a reminder time.
